From the ease of scheduling, to the prompt time arrival and super quick diagnosis of our dryer issue Ali is amazing and we will be using Tru Appliance (and recommending it to others) from now on . Refrigerator breaks down right before Memorial Day holiday weekend. Try contacting Lowes, because that's where it was purchased from. They gave us a 1-800# to call. Called the other appliance store, they only fix appliances that they sell. Called True Appliance today and their guy fixed it today. I'm so happy.

My daughter's dryer broke down, and I called someone to come fix it. My daughter had to work, so I drove from Washington to Greenville to wait for the repair man that text me 45 mins before the appointment time to say he couldn't make it. I called True Appliance and Ali was able to come out the same day. Not only was he on time, but he was a little bit early and he fixed the problem in no time. He is very professional and knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. I am extremely pleased with his service, and highly recommend him.

Ali is a professional with friendly disposition and care for the work he does. When I inquired about their services and described the issue he asked other questions to narrow down the likely issue and what the cost of parts would be depending on what was broken. In my case I forgot to install the filter screen and several socks got sucked into the blower a few flew out but it then started making a nasty noise. Lucky for me, the one sock remaining in the blower did not break the plastic blower blades. He checked other components and buttoned up the dryer and it was as good as new. He answers questions and is happy to explain how to keep the appliance in good order and issues to look out for. The service price is fair and affordable. I would undoubtedly call True Appliance Repair again for my appliance service needs.

Amazing. I dreaded calling for an appliance repair. The last time I did they fixed one thing then said another had to be fixed. I spent a lot of money to finally buy a new one. My freezer was cycling on and off but when it cycled it sounded like one of my old cars. I called True Appliance repair and the gentleman who called back was amazing. He walked me through what was happening and said straight up that the repair was going to cost almost as much as a new one. Honesty, wow! I now won’t dread the next appliance repair because I know a company that will not send me on the merry go round repair cycle.
